With a City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 in Trowel Occupations, he’s a multi-skilled builder known for his expert brickwork and dedication to premium-quality home improvements. From large building sites to trusted work with rental firms, Del’s built a reputation on craftsmanship you can count on.
Hannah Ager
Hannah Ager is a Director of Ager Building Services Ltd and manages the day-to-day running of the business. She oversees client communication, quotations, invoicing, and project coordination, as well as the company’s marketing and customer care. Hannah also supports the team on site when required, helping ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Jess
We’re also thrilled to support the future of construction. Jess, our apprentice, is already proving to be a hardworking, talented asset—and we’re proud to back more women entering the trade with confidence and skill.
Milo
And then there’s Milo—our unofficial mascot and morale booster. This one-year-old pup is Del’s daily co-pilot and a favourite at the building merchants. He may not lay bricks, but he’s got snack detection and team spirit down to a fine art.
