“We’re Hannah and Del Ager, the husband-and-wife team behind Ager Building Services Ltd. Married for 14 years, we’ve built both a life and a business together, grounded in trust, hard work, and a shared passion for doing things properly.
Del brings over 20 years of experience in the building trade and holds a City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 in trowel occupations.
I’m Hannah – the business administrator and the one behind the scenes keeping everything running smoothly.

Tony
Our Skilled joiner Trained in Hong Kong over 20 years ago, Tony is a master of his craft. His joinery work is second to none, and his calm, methodical approach makes him a real asset on-site. Whether it’s bespoke carpentry or detailed finishes, Tony’s attention to detail always shines through.
Jess
Is our brilliant apprentice and an important part of the team. She’s hardworking, eager to learn, and already showing real talent. We’re proud to support women in construction and excited to be part of Jess’s journey in the trade.
Milo
Our one-year-old Jack Russell he’s a local celebrity at the building merchants and a loyal sidekick to Del. He brings a bit of wild charm (and a lot of muddy paw prints) to the team!
